We had an issue with the delivery where the driver couldn't find our house which meant the food arrived cold. Was offered a full refund and apologies from the restaurant. Were able to reheat the meats and everything was delicious so informed the restaurant no refund was necessary... and a little while later the driver returned with desserts which although was not needed was a lovely touch, not to mention also delicious. The orange cake in particular was unreal. So not only great food but fantastic customer service. Highly recommend.
